Compliance with EDGAR Next is Now Required

As of Monday, September 15, 2025, access to the EDGAR filing websites - EDGAR Online Forms, EDGAR Filing and EDGAR Filer Management - requires Login.gov credentials, completion of multifactor authentication, and compliance with all EDGAR Next changes.

Filers may continue to enroll through December 19, 2025, however, unenrolled filers will not be able to file until they enroll. Note that filers that submit a Form ID that is granted on or after March 24, 2025 do not need to enroll and will be considered in compliance with EDGAR Next.

To enroll, an authorized representative of the filer must log into the EDGAR Filer Management dashboard with Login.gov credentials and enter a valid CIK, CCC, passphrase, and information about authorized account administrators. If the filer has not reset its CCC and/or passphrase since September 2019, the filer should reset these codes prior to enrolling. See How Do I Enroll in EDGAR Next and How Do I Update the Passphrase and CCC to Enroll (and Avoid the need to Submit Form ID).
